Lỳ Kiên Hoà

Hoà grew up in Sen Thượng, a remote community in Mường Nhé. After losing his parents in primary school, he learned early to share responsibility with his uncle and help care for the family’s cattle.

He carried a simple belief—“labor is happiness”—into school. Teachers knew him as serious, grounded, and willing to work for what came next.

Living in a frontier district gave Hoà’s ambition a specific form. He wanted to study at the Border Guard Academy and later serve the communities and landscape he knew so well.

His education at Mường Nhé Ethnic Boarding High School became the bridge between that local commitment and a professional future.

Long-term support from 2019 to 2024 helped protect the years Hoà needed to grow academically and personally. It did not replace his effort; it made sustained effort possible.

His story shows leadership beginning quietly—in care for family, respect for work, and a decision to use one’s future in service of others.
